You have 90 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it.
Up to 30 Days:
- Full refund if still boxed and installation not attempted. Buyer pays shipping fees.
- uAvionix offers a 30-day no questions asked returns and exchanges for products that are still boxed, have not been installed, and are not damaged.
- You may return the goods for a full refund of the product price, or exchange the goods for another uAvionix product, as long as you obtain an RMA within thirty (30) days of receipt of the goods.
- You are responsible for paying all return shipping fees.
Up to 30 Days:
- 15% Restocking fee. 85% refund or exchange if unboxed and/or installation attempted. Buyer pays shipping fees.
- Returns initiated within thirty (30) days of receipt of the goods, when goods have been unboxed and/or installed are subject to a 15% restocking fee. Goods must be undamaged.
- You may return such goods for 85% of the product price, or exchange the goods for another uAvionix product, as long as you obtain an RMA within ninety (90) days of receipt of the goods. Products must be deemed by uAvionix to be in good working order.
- You are responsible for paying all return shipping fees.
31 to 90 Days:
- 15%Restocking fee. 85% refund or exchange. Buyer pays shipping fees.
- Returns initiated after thirty (30) days of receipt of the goods are subject to a 15% restocking fee.
- Products may be returned up to 90 days from receipt of the goods. You may return the goods for 85% of the product price, or exchange the goods for another uAvionix product, as long as you obtain an RMA within ninety (90) days of receipt of the goods.
- Products must be deemed by uAvionix to be in good working order.
- You are responsible for paying all return shipping fees.
No Returns after 90 days
- Products may not be returned after 90 days from receipt of goods, unless found to be defective.
IMPORTANT
- Only items that have been purchased directly from uAvionix – either uAvionix online or from a uAvionix in person event – can be returned to uAvionix. uAvionix products purchased through resellers or other retailers must be returned in accordance with their respective returns and refunds policy.
- Please ensure that the item you’re returning is repackaged with all the cords, adapters and documentation that were included when you received it.
- Returns of defective goods will be processed as a Warranty Claim and subject to uAvionix’s Limited Warranty.
