AV-Link PMA Service Bulletin Upgrade to 0.3.7

Description: 

AV-Link PMA Software v0.3.7 implements the following changes: 

• Add ability to provide ForeFlight flight plans to the AV-30 
• Add button to reboot AV-30 to settings page 
• Fix bug that could cause received traffic altitude to not invalidate 
• Add additional robustness to serial and network data processing
