Garmin International, Inc., a unit of Garmin Ltd. (NASDAQ: GRMN), and uAvionix Corporation today announced resolution of the ongoing patent lawsuit against uAvionix regarding Automatic Dependent Surveillance-Broadcast (ADS-B) technology used within uAvionix’s skyBeacon, tailBeacon, and echoUAT products. Under the terms of the confidential agreement, uAvionix will be able to continue offering and supporting these products in the market.
