In some cases with certain devices, the mobile data feature must be disabled to configure the skyBeacon.  Some devices like the Motorola Moto and Samsung lineup frequently display this behavior.  The option to disable Mobile Data is found under Setting on most devices and is commonly referred to as “Airplane Mode”.  Refer to your mobile device documentation for more information.

After you have entered the information into the echoUAT app, press on the “Monitor” tab to make sure the correct info is displayed and then reset power on the echoUAT and log back on to make sure the settings were saved.

Note: Remember you MUST be “Connected to Device” in order to make changes to the echoUAT. Making changes on the app while away from the echoUAT does not change any data.
